Due to the size and/or weight of this product, it is highly recommended that the assembly should be done near the area of its intended location. Make sure you have enough space to move around during the assembly. ALWAYS have at least two people to help with transporting and assembling the product to avoid any potential injury and/or damage. - Page 5 Align the brackets of the right HB side (#2R) and left HB side (#2L) with the brackets on the sides of the headboard (#1). Make sure the parts are firmly secured. #I x 2 pcs #J x 12 pcs Align the bracket (#I) with the pre-drilled holes on the headboard (#1) and the right HB side (#2R).
- Page 6 Align the two HB/FB legs (#6) #D x 4 pcs with the pre-drilled holes #E x 4 pcs underneath the headboard #F x 4 pcs (#1). Prepare 2 bolt assemblies by inserting FIRST the lock washer (#F) onto the bolt (#D) and then the flat washer (#E) onto the SAME bolt (#D), in that order.
- Page 7 Prepare 4 bolt assemblies by inserting FIRST the lock washer (#F) onto the bolt (#A) and then the flat washer (#E) onto the SAME bolt (#A), in that order. Insert the bolt assemblies through the pre-drilled holes of the right HB side (#2R) and the left HB side (#2L) using the Allen wrench (#K) but expose about ½”...
- Page 8 Prepare a bed slat using two slats (#7), one center connector (#G) and two end caps (#H). See diagram for the correct sequence in connecting those parts. Align the two end caps (#H) with the pre-drilled holes on each side of the side rails (#3) and press firmly down on both end caps (#H) to lock with the side rails (#3).
