Step
1. Inner structure of the
humidifier unit
2. Remove the heater
assembly.
1 Release the harnesses
from the hook.
2 Remove the 3 screws
and remove the duct
(adsorption side).
3 Release the harnesses
from the 3 hooks.
4
Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before
disassembling work.
