Step 1: Locate and identify the TELUS Internet Modem
Locate your existing TELUS Internet Modem. The images below show the different types of
TELUS Internet Modems. Ensure that your Modem is powered on and that you have an active
TELUS Internet service.

Look at the back side of your Internet
Modem and confirm that you have at least
one yellow LAN port available.
If all yellow LAN ports are in use, you will

have to disconnect one of your existing
devices from the Modem.
