Fine tune Setup for your fold.
You will need one piece of your folded paper to set this up properly. Here is an
example.
Tape the folded piece to the front of the catch plate. You will have to tape both sides
so that it stays vertical without spreading out.
Lower the guides to about 1/8" above the folded piece. Tighten. Run 10 samples.
If the pieces are accumulating properly, cut a piece of harder material in this same size
and tape it to the catch plate. It should be the same size as the folded paper size.
Test.
You may need to modify this by minutely raising or lowering the 2 vertical stops on the
top.
This should be your result. You can now set the side guides as shown. Do not make
them too tight.
