    Using the device Alarms The PRIMEDIC™ HeartSave 6/6S, depending on the version, monitors the heart rate from the ECG signal and the oxygen saturation level of the patient from the data of the SPO sensor. If the SPO sensor only is connected to the patient, the heart rate displayed is that determined from the SPO signal.
