General regulation of use

The device is a compact electrochemical weld cleaning device.
It was developed for commercial use in trade and industry. The
simple operation makes the device ideal for construction sites
and assembly in pipeline construction.
– The device is designed for electrochemical cleaning
/ polishing of stainless-steel welds. Additionally, you
can also provide metals with light or dark signing.
– No toxic hydrofluoric, sulphuric or nitric acids are used
as is the case in other conventional pickling processes.
– The electrochemical processing equipment works
with low alternating voltages that are harmless to
humans.

sons or institutions.

The operating company must regularly instruct the personnel
in accordance with the legal requirements.
Untrained personnel or unauthorised persons must not use
the device.

– Reading and understanding of the operating instruc-
tions.
– Safety instruction on the dangers of handling electri-
cal equipment.
– Safety instruction on the dangers of handling chemi-
cals.
– Operation of the machine.
– Selection and use of electrolytes for appropriate ap-
plications (exclusively electrolytes from Lorch Sch-
weißtechnik GmbH).
– Change of the carbon fibre brush and wear parts.
– Switch-on / switch-off of the device.
– Remedying of minor faults after instruction has been
given.
