Final Lubrication Setup

With all components installed and the system
completely primed, the system is ready to run.
The Mongoose Chemical Pump (AA) suggested rate is
10 cycles, 100% of stroke. The pump may run
continually.
For the IGS fluid (107) level in the collecting bottle (104):
• The IGS fluid must continually recirculate.
• The IGS fluid level in the bottle must allow the
filter/suction to float inside of the bottle.
• The return valve exit port must be above the IGS
fluid level to avoid flooding the return valve exit
port. If there is thickening of the returning drop or
cloudy/discolored media in the collecting bottle
(104), change the recirculation IsoGuard Select
(IGS) material (107).
The system can run independent of the PR70 and can
run 24/7 regardless of whether the metering system is
being used.
NOTE: IsoGuard Select (IGS) is for PUR or reactive
polyurethane materials. IGS is designed to dissolve and
suspend the polyurethane materials. IGS will thicken or
solidify after a period of time and should be replaced
once the material starts to thicken.

End of Product Life

At the end of a product's useful life, recycle it in a
responsible manner.
