Changing the Image Quality

You can choose among 2 different image quality settings.

*1 13 min. 35 sec. for iFrame movies (p. 102).

• Based on Canon's testing standards.
• Recording will automatically stop when the clip file size reaches 4 GB, or when the
recording time reaches approximately 29 minutes and 59 seconds when shooting in
and approximately 1 hour when shooting in
• Recording may stop even if the maximum clip length has not been reached on some
memory cards. SD Speed Class 6 or higher memory cards are recommended.
In , black bars appear on the top and bottom of the screen. These areas
cannot be recorded.
