Be sure to entrust the attachment of this product to the wall to Sony dealers or licensed contractors and pay adequate attention to safety during the installation. If the problem persists, disconnect the AC power on the remote control until a message cord (mains lead), and contact your dealer or Sony appears. The TV will restart.
