Operation Filling Fuel Tank Stopping Engine Stop vehicle on a level surface and apply parking brake. Maintenance & Adjustments Engine Use a permanent type antifreeze containing corrosion and rust inhibitors. Dilute the antifreeze with water at a 1 : 1 ratio to mix Air Filter the coolant solution (50% antifreeze : 50% water). Troubleshooting Problem Cause(s) Engine will not start Battery has low voltage. Loose or corroded battery connections. Fuse is blown. No Fuel or improper fuel. Plugged fuel filter.
