    Speed defrost The defrosting power is adjusted automatically once the cooking time is programmed. In standby mode, press SPEED DEF. pad once. Turn TIME/MENU dial to enter the cooking time. The longest time is 60 minutes. Press START/QUICK START pad to confirm. NOTE: During defrosting program, the system will pause and sound to remind you to turn over the food, after that, press START/QUICK START to resume.
