3. Remove the following:
(1) Two rubber feet in the rear corners of the base enclosure. The rubber feet are included in the
Rubber Kit, 606894-001.
(2) Eleven Phillips PM2.5×7.0 screws.
(3) Hard drive bay bracket. (The hard drive bracket is included in the base enclosure spare part
kit, spare part number 606884-001.)
4. Remove the following screws:
(1) Five Phillips PM2.0×2.0 screws in the optical drive bay and the hard drive bay
(2) Two Phillips PM2.5×5.0 screws on the front edge of the battery bay
(3) Three Phillips PM2.0×2.0 broad head screws on the rear edge of the battery bay
