[NETWORK/USB] menu

On the menu screen, select [NETWORK/USB] from the main menu, and select an item from the sub-menu.
Refer to "Navigating through the menu" (x page 52) for the operation of the menu screen.

f The on-screen menu (menu screen) of the projector has not the network setting about the wireless LAN. When the wireless module (Model
No.: ET-WML100) of the optional accessories is inserted to the projector, please set the wireless LAN by accessing the projector via a
computer. For detailed, please refer to "Web control function" → "[Network config] page" → "Wireless LAN" (x page 105).

[WIRED LAN]

Perform the connection settings to use wired LAN.
1) Press as to select [WIRED LAN].
2) Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [WIRED DETAILED SETUP] screen is displayed.
3) Press as to select an item, and change the setting according to the instructions.

4) Press as to select [OK], and press the <ENTER> button.
r Default wired LAN settings
f The following settings are set before the projector leaves the factory.
Note
f When using a DHCP server, confirm that the DHCP server is running.
f For the setting content of each item, consult your network administrator.
f A wired LAN and wireless LAN cannot be used in the same segment.

[NAME CHANGE]

Change the name as desired in such a case as the projector needs to be identified on application software.
1) Press as to select [NAME CHANGE].
2) Press the <ENTER> button.
f The [NAME CHANGE] screen is displayed.
3) Select characters with the asqw buttons and press the <ENTER> button to enter the projector
name.
f Up to eight characters can be input.
f Select [ALL DELETE] to delete all the entered characters, or press the <DEFAULT> button on the remote
control to delete a character on the cursor in the entry field.
Chapter 4 Settings - [NETWORK/USB] menu
Set when a DHCP server does not exist in the network to which the projector is
[OFF]
connected and you need to specify the IP address.
Set when a DHCP server exists in the network to which the projector is
[ON]
connected and the IP address is obtained automatically.
Enter the IP address when [DHCP] is set to [OFF].
Enter the subnet mask when [DHCP] is set to [OFF].
Enter the default gateway address when [DHCP] is set to [OFF].
Enter the preferred DNS server address when [DHCP] is set to [OFF].
Enter the alternate DNS server address when [DHCP] is set to [OFF].
