Function
Connects an optional headphone or
powered stereo speakers. Also connects
the audio function of an audio/video device,
such as a television or VCR.
Connects an optional monaural (single
sound channel) or stereo (dual sound
channel) microphone.
Connects USB 1.1- or 2.0-compliant
devices to the computer using a standard
USB cable, or connects an optional external
MultiBay or external MultiBay II to
the computer. This USB port is a powered
port that can be used without external
power.
