Check/Solution
h Program closed / open limit(s), see pages 39-42
h Program transmitter
h Check fuses
h Battery harness connections
h Battery under load or inadequate charge
h Check arm connections to control board, and then turn the system off
and back on. If there is a click and no movement, there is an issue
with the arm or power cable
h Reset the extended limit position. Note: if this problem has occurred,
make sure the resetting of limit(s) begins with the operator arm fully
retracted. Do not spin the tube out by hand in order to attach it to the
gate bracket.
h Adjust the arm's retracted position by moving or repositioning the
hardware.
h Adjust the arm hardware (this would correct the retracted position of
the arm)
h Check for a triggered (stuck) transmitter or accessory by removing
batteries from all other wireless accessories.
h Path of gate
h Gate for adequate maintenance, free swinging, level and plumb
h Adjust Stall Force level
h Disconnect obstruction detection devices
h 2" clearance not met (see page 17)
h Arm power cable connections
h Turn unit off then back on
h Move dip 1 to the correct position, and then turn unit off then back on
h Check accessories and connections
h Correct wiring
h Replace fuse
h Check battery connections and harness, ensure the battery is
connected red to red (+) and black to black (-)
h Replace F2 fuse and harness fuse if blown
h Check battery connections and harness, ensure the battery is
connected red to red (+) and black to black (-)
h Replace harness fuse and F2 fuse if blown
