The Model 691B40 is a twelve channel switch box module which provides terminal strip input with the
convenience of BNC outputs. They are used in conjunction with commercially available data collectors and
analyzers. They provide inputs and switched outputs for vibration sensors with built-in temperature sensors. This
field installable module may be added to the model 691B43, 691B44, or 691B45 to provide expandability for up to

installation
The 691B40 module may be added to the 691B43, 691B44, or 691B45 by fastening the captive panel screws
found in each corner of the 691B40 module to the plate found in the bottom of 691B43, 691B44, or 691B45
enclosure.
calibration
The Model 691B40 does not need any calibration since they are only switch box modules. If there are any
