Fault finding guide

Alarms
Locate the problem in the left column, and follow instructions on the right:
Yellow LED (30/min) and
beeping sound.
Red, permanent LED and
beeping sound.
Red, blinking LED (30/min)
and beeping sound.
Red, blinking LED
(120/min) and beeping
sound.
Error
Locate the problem in the left column, and follow instructions on the right:
The unit fails to operate,
and there is no light on the
control panel.
There is water around/be-
neath the unit.
Problems
Locate the problem in the left column, and follow instructions on the right:
The unit is produc-
ing unusual noise.

Alarm
Filters need to be re-
placed/changed.
The unit has an electrical
fault.
An abnormally high or low
temperature has been
measured in the unit.
Error
Power is not connected.
The unit has not been cor-
rectly installed. The unit
may leak during operation
due to a blocked drainage
outlet.
Problem
Fan step 4 is activated (only in-
tended for short periods of
use).
The installation has not been
performed properly.
Cause
Change filters and reset the
filter timer on the unit. See
"Preventive maintenance",
page 12.
Contact your installer.
Ensure that power to the
unit is disconnected. Check
the house for fire or smoke.
Contact your installer.
If the unit stops as a result
of cold temperature, the
unit can be started via In-
stallation Mode; see "Oper-
ation", page 11
Cause
Ensure that the power cable
is properly mounted.
Inspect and clean the
drainage hose. Reattach it
by following the instruc-
tions in the installation
guide.
If this does not help, con-
tact your installer.
Cause
Turn the unit's fan step down
to 1, 2 or 3, or activate auto-
matic demand control.
Contact your installer to have
the unit properly adjusted.
