If you are having trouble with your oven, try the following.
Problems
Black screen display.
The lamp does not work.
The oven beeps
continuously and displays
"Err".
If a problem persists, send your oven to the nearest approved Rowenta Service Centre. See
the list of Rowenta authorized service centres or contact the Rowenta consumer service:

Possible causes
The oven is not connected.
The bulb is blown.
Initialisation error.

Resolution
Check the connection of the
oven.
Change the light bulb.
Unplug the appliance for
30 seconds and plug it in
again.
