Unsupported Media Types
Do not use the following paper. Not only will print quality be poor, the paper may jam or cause the machine
to malfunction.
• Paper that is folded, curled, or wrinkled
• Paper that is damp
• Plain paper or notepad paper cut to a smaller size
• Picture postcards
• Postcards with photos or stickers attached
• Envelopes with a double flap
• Envelopes with embossed or coated surfaces
• Envelopes with adhesive flaps that are already moistened
• Any paper with holes
• Non-rectangular paper
• Stapled or glued paper
• Paper with an adhesive surface
• Paper coated with glitter or other decorative particles
