Troubleshooting
OPERATION
Cooktop does not operate.
• Verify power is on.
•
Verify electrical power to the cooktop and home circuit
breaker is on.
• The cooktop is in lock mode. Touch and hold Lock for
three seconds to unlock the control panel.
• The cooktop automatically turns off after 2 hours of
continual use (high), 6 hours (medium), and 8 hours
(simmer), except in Sabbath mode.
Cooktop temperature issue.
• Contact Wolf Customer Care at 800-222-7820 for
recommendations.
