REMEDIES
Replace noisy tube
Locate away from audio
components
Replace fuse
If it continues, replace
rectifier tube and fuse.
Install correct amperage
fuse. If amperage IS
correct and fuse blows,
use a SLOW BLO fuse
of the same amperage.
Take the cable from the
channel that works and
put it into the channel
that stopped working. If
it starts working, the
amp is fine, but you
have either a bad cable
or problem with your
preamp or source
component.
Reinstall speaker cable.
Replace output tube.
Replace output tubes
with a matched pair.
Replace input tube with
a new input tube that
has matched sections.
Adjust the HI/LO
switches the same for
each channel.
