    USE AND CARE DANGER • NEVER store a spare LP tank under or near grill or in enclosed areas • Never fill the cylinder beyond 80% full. • An overfilled or improperly stored tank is a hazard due to possible gas release from the safety relief valve. •...
  • Page 9 LP Tank Exchange • Many retailers that sell grills offer you the option of replacing your empty LP tank through an exchange service. Use only those reputable exchange companies that inspect, precision fill, test and certify their cylinders. Exchange your tank only for an OPD safety feature-equipped tank as described in the "LP Tank"...
  • Page 10 Hold coupling nut and regulator as shown for proper connection to LP cylinder valve. 6. Turn the coupling nut clockwise and tighten to a full stop. The regulator will seal on the back-check feature in the LP cylinder valve, resulting in some resistance. An additional one-half to three-quarters turn is required to complete the connection.

    • Do not use charcoal or ceramic briquets in a gas grill. (Unless briquets are supplied with your grill.) • Use grill at least 3 ft. from any wall or surface. Maintain 10 ft.

    WARNING Turn controls and gas source or tank OFF when not in use. CAUTION If ignition does NOT occur in 5 seconds, turn the burner controls OFF, wait 5 minutes and repeat the lighting procedure. If the burner does not ignite with the valve open, gas will continue to flow out of the burner and could accidently ignite with risk of injury.

    ASSEMBLY Attach the two locking casters at the rear of the bottom shelf and the two Fixed casters at the front. Use the provided caster wrench to fully tighten casters. Locking caster Bottom shelf Attach cart frames to bottom shelf using three 1/4-20x1/2” screws, 7mm lock washers, and 7mm flat washers per panel.

Place upper tank exclusion wire on front brace and back brace as shown, secure with two #8-32x3/8" screws and #8-32 flange nuts Slid the door hinges onto the screw with arrow direction as indicated.
  • Page 20 This step requires two people to lift and position grill head onto cart. Carefully lower the grill head onto the cart. Make sure the regulator hose is hanging outside the cart. Insert 1/4-20x1/2" screws through side panels and firebox in all four corners. Secure with fiber washers and 1/4-20 flange nuts.

Second, insert leg wires into holes in sides of grill bottom. Grate wires running front to back should be facing upward side to side wires downward.
  • Page 25 Hang grease cup wire from bottom of firebox and place grease cup into grease cup wire. Unscrew ignitor cap and place AA battery into ignitor slot with positive end (+) facing outward. Screw ignitor cap onto ignitor. Failure to install cup will cause hot grease drip from bottom of grill with risk of fire or property damage.
