Humidity control in the vegetable compartment

(Applicable to some models only)
The humidity can be controlled by adjusting the humidity control switch to the
left/right when storing vegetables or fruits.
High humidity
Low humidity
Deodorizer (Applicable to some models only)
This system efficiently absorbs strong
odours by using an optical catalyst. This
system does not have any affect on stored
food.
▪ The deodorizer is located behind the vegetable compartment. It can be removed
for cleaning with soapy warm water from time to time.
▪ Please use closed containers to store pungent food. Odours are easily absorbed by
other food in the compartment.
Vacuum Fresh (Option not available for all models)

Regular application of the Vacuum Fresh
A portion of air is pumped out temporarily from the compartment which creates in the
partially sealed compartment drawer a nite vacuum.
▪ Pressing the button on the drawer will evacuate air
out of the compartment, thus temporarily reducing
the internal air pressure.

To open the drawer, grasp the release handle
and press outwards and
To close the drawer, push the drawer inwards until
you hear a click. Then apply vacuum-fresh button.
