Troubleshooting 1. The Transmitter and Receiver unit will not connect wirelessly. (1) Both the Transmitter and Receiver units need to be factory reset prior to installation (see Factory Reset Instructions for more information). (2) Ensure both units are close together when initially pairing. The connection is successfully established when the orange Data Transmission LED glows solid. -

1-Year Limited Warranty TRIPP LITE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase.
