Possible Cause Solution

Use within an ambient
temperature of 5oC - 35oC.
Activate Show Secret Data
(P.11-3).
Unless handset/AC Charger
is too hot to touch, warmth is
considered normal. Always
avoid prolonged skin contact
to prevent burn injuries.
Use 823SH-formatted
Memory Cards.
Return to Standby and retry.
Cancel Keypad Lock/
Password Lock.
Wait until update is complete.
Cancel Show Secret Data.
