Problem
The
device/adapter
becomes warm
during use
When I place the
device on
the skin, it does
not release a
flash. The 'ready
to flash' light
blinks
orange rapidly.
The 'ready to
flash' light
doesn't light up
when I place the
attachment on
my skin, but the
cooling fan works.

Possible cause
This is normal.
Your skin tone in
the area to be
treated is too dark.
The overheat
protection has
been activated.

Solution
No action required.
Treat other body areas
with lighter skin tones with
Lumea.
When the overheat
protection has been
activated, the fan still
works. Do not switch off
the device, but let it cool
down for approx. 15
minutes before you
continue to use it.
