- Page 2 Introduction Pocketherm P125W, P125W/82, P250W & P250FW are pocket sized waterproof handheld folding probe digital thermometers. Pocketherm thermometers are intended for quick checks on frozen, chilled or cooked food in catering environments. In addition P250W and P250FW can be used for checking frying oil temperatures.
