The image is distorted or runs off. – Check PC adjust menu or Aspect menu and adjust them.
PIN code dialog box appears – PIN code lock is being set. Enter a PIN code (the "1234"
at start-up. or number you have set). See pages 21, 55-56.
The Remote controller does
not work.
Indicator blinks or lights.
The exclamation mark appears
on the screen.
Top control does not work. – The top control is not available if the top control is locked at
WARNING :
High voltages are used to operate this projector. Do not attempt to open the cabinet.
If problems still persist after following all operating instructions, contact the dealer where you
purchased the projector or the service center. Specify the model number and explain about the
problem. We will advise you how to obtain service.

– Check the batteries.
– Make sure no obstruction is between the projector and
remot controller.
– Make sure you are not too far from the projector when
using the remote controller. Maximum operating range
is 16.4'(5 m).
– Make sure the code of the remote controller is conformed to
the projector's code. See page 56.
– Unlock the Key lock function for the remote controller function.

– Check the status of the projector with referring to
"Indicators and projector Condition". See page 72.
– Your operation is invalid. Operate correctly.
