1/4-20 NYLON INSERT LOCK NUT

1/4" FLAT WASHER

1/4" INTERNAL TOOTH LOCK WASHER
FASTENERS ARE BAGGED IN KIT 60-1203.
Remove the contents from the box and check for any damage. Verify all parts against the parts list.
STEP 1.
Read and understand instructions completely before beginning installation.
STEP 2.
.
Install (3) 1/4-20 x .75" Button Head Cap Screws and (3) 1/4" Internal Tooth Lock Washers with 5/32" Allen
STEP 3
Wrench to bottom of Center Tube on Bull Bar Assembly. Leave loose.
Slide Mount Clamps over ends of Bull Bar Legs with clamp flanges under skid plate. Install (2) 1/4-20 x .75 Button
STEP 4.
Head Cap Screws, (4) 1/4" Flat Washers and (2) 1/4-20 Nylon Insert Lock Nuts.
Tighten and torque 1/4" Fasteners to 50 IN. LBS.
STEP 5.
