Display Mode
34 How to adjust your monitor
Displays the preview of
screen images under the
selected mode from
Picture Mode. The screen
will be divided into two
windows; the left window
demonstrates images of
Standard mode, while
the right window presents
the images under the
specified mode.
Improves the gray level
response time of the LCD
panel.
Adjusts the screen image
to fit into the size you pre-
fer when the input video
images may have
different native aspect
ratios.
• Full - Displays the image
across the complete
width and height of the
screen. This mode may
cause distortion of the
image.
• Aspect - Vertically fits the
image to the height of
the screen and adjusts
the width of image to
maintain the image pro-
portions.
• 16:9 Aspect- Most suit-
able for images which are
already in a 16:9 aspect,
like DVD movies.
• 4:3 Aspect - Most suit-
able for images which are
already in a 4:3 aspect,
like standard computer.
