Mounting the Camera in the Housing

CAUTION
Make sure to release the camera's focus selector lock.
Remove the strap or the LCD monitor cover from the camera, if any of these
accessories are attached.

Rotate the quick lock in the
OPEN direction (
remove the quick shoe from the
front case (

With the A groove on the quick
shoe aligned with the focus-mode
selector, fix the quick shoe on the
camera's tripod socket

Attach the lens to the camera

Make sure the quick lock is in
the OPEN position

Make sure the quick lock is in
the OPEN position

Align the quick shoe with the
quick shoe base, and slide the
camera fully forward into the
front case
CAUTION
To prevent focus/zoom control inside
front case from obstructing the lens
gear, slide the camera into place as
you pull the focus/zoom dial outward.
Be sure to release the depressed
Release mode dial lock button before
setting the camera.
