3. Using the phone

Calls

3.1.1

Make a call

Lift the handset, when you hear the dial tone, dial the number.
3.1.2

Pre-dial

1. Enter the phone number (maximum 32 digits). If you make a mistake press
the handset to dial the number.

to dial the phone number over hands-free.
NOTE
You can also make calls using the two touch memory keys, see page 12.

End a call

1. Place the handset back on the base.

to end a hands-free call.

Receive a call

1. Lift the handset to answer the call.
Or:

to answer the call in hands-free.
NOTE
If during a call you want to activate hands-free, press
To return to the listening via the earpiece, simply lift the handset. You can adjust the
volume of a hands-free during the call, press

Hold

You can place your caller on hold so that you and your caller hear hold music.
1. During a call, press

again to resume your call.
NOTE
While on hold if you replace the handset you will hear the hold music over the
loudspeaker. When you list the handset again it will automatically connect back to the
caller.
