Assembly
Follow the assembly steps in the order listed below.
❶ Cut the zip tie to remove the gear box
from the rear axle.

❷ Attach the left and right rear wheel
assembly to the rear axle.
❸ Attach the left and right front wheel
assembly to the front axle.
❹ Insert the steering wheel over the end of
the steering column. Secure with the nut
and bolt. Note: Connect the wire
connector from the steering wheel to the
wires connector coming from steering
column.
❺ Insert the tabs of the windshield down
into the holes located on the top of the
cruiser body.
❻ Insert the tab of the megaphone into the
holes on the top of the cruiser body.
❼ Rotate the safety cones onto the cone
bracket to lock them into place.
❽ Fasten the seat to the body using the four
screws (attached to the seat).
❾ Charge the battery (see charge the
battery instructions on page 9).

Remove the nut and bolt
from the steering wheel
BEFORE performing Step 4.

To tighten the wheel bolts, place
a wrench on each wheel bolt and
simultaneously turn the wrenches
in the opposite directions until
the bolts are tight.
Insert the hubcap tabs into the 4
slots on the wheel inset.
