CARE AND MAINTENANCE

1. Clean the griddle and residue in the oil tray regularly (Twice a day is advised).
2. Every day after using, wipe down all surfaces using a wet cloth with warm soapy water, then wipe down
with clean wet cloth. DO NOT spray the device directly with water to wash.
3. DO NOT use abrasive detergents, brushes or scrapers to clean the stainless steel surface, as doing so may
cause rust. DO NOT use any chloride product (bleach, hydrochloric acid, etc.), even if diluted. Wipe surface
to clean with the direction of the grain.
4. DO NOT modify the necessary air volume for combustion.
5. When not in use, disconnect it from gas source.
6. Have a trained technician do a complete inspection of the device at least once a year.
7. Over 90% of the device is made of metals that can be recycled if disposed of properly at a designated
treatment or recycling facility in accordance with any local or state standards.
