Your battery is a 10.4AH Samsung Lithium-Ion Battery. The battery is sealed and
maintenance free with no serviceable parts. Opening the battery will void the warranty.

Li-ion batteries only weigh half as much as comparable nickel metal hybrid or nickel-cadmium
batteries. This means you carry less battery weight and more battery power.
Charging The Battery
There is no memory effect. You can therefore fully recharge your battery after every trip.

you use your bike and you also increase the service life of the battery.
If you are not using the battery, you must recharge it after 3 months at the latest.
