How can I verify the transformer model. All the labels are faded, and it was installed by the previous owner. It looks like a SL-120-12A, but I would like to know for sure. Thank you

My timer was working fine for the last couple of years and now I can’t get any lights to come on my actual timer. I verified that there’s power at the outlet but none of the lights on the actual timer come on so I cant program it.
