Special Performance Features
From the above screen, press the DIRECTION " " button once.
The box to the right of "CURVE" should be highlighted.
CURVE
This Parameter allows you to set the "curve" or change of expression value corresponding to the angle of
the Expression Pedal when depressed. You can select 3 different Expression Curves. (see the illustration
below).
Turn the VALUE knob to make your selection.
NOTE: The default CURVE Parameter setting is designed to replicate the performance of the
Expression Pedal on a vintage Hammond Organ such as B-3, C-3, etc.
MONITOR - Expression Monitor
This is merely a way to display the current Expression Value, with 0 being minimum Expression and 127
being maximum Expression. The Expression Monitor can be useful as a troubleshooting aid if you either
don't hear any sound or can't change the volume using a connected Expression Pedal.
