After a power cut, the process resumes automatically. The function continues in the background.
When the screed function is active, all other functions, e.g. DHW preparation, are inactive.
The screed function ends once the function days have elapsed or if the function is switched off. When
the function ends, the previously set regular operation will automatically resume. The temperature
or day change takes place after the process has been running for 24h.
The app can be used to set the maximum flow temperature or design temperature. The controller
will then take care of the temperatures set in this way. A screed heating log can be exported as a CSV
file (with temperatures and dates).
e.g. functional heating in accordance with DIN EN 1264 part 4 (Profile 1):
This functional heating should be carried out to test the properties of the heated floor construction
for faults. It is used by the heating constructor as evidence of fault-free work and must be logged.
It should be noted that, in the case of cement screed, flooring work may start no sooner than 21 days
and, in the case of calcium sulphate screed, no sooner than 7 days after completion of the screed
work. The specifications of the manufacturer concerned must be observed!
According to DIN EN 1264 part 4, a flow temperature of 25 °C must be maintained for at least 3 days,
to be followed by the maximum design temperature (e.g. 55 °C) for at least 4 days.
Any manufacturer specifications (e.g. for floating screed) that deviate from the standard must
be observed!
The maximum set design temperature can be limited or reduced via the limitation function for
the maximum flow temperature of the heating circuit in question in service mode.
