OPERATION Open the battery compartment located at the bottom of the dustbin and install four (4) AA batteries. Place the plastic bin liner in the centre of the press ring. Then install the bottom tub, press it firmly in place and then put the upper tub on top of the bottom tub. Turn on the power switch at the rear of the dustbin. - Page 5 NOTES...
