Troubleshooting

Cause
The emergency stop button is engaged.
The thermal overload protector is engaged.
Defective component.

Transportation, storage and disposal

Be careful during
Solution
Turn the emergency stop button on the con-
trol panel clockwise to disengage.
Reset the thermal overload protector.
Read the error code. Refer to
page 18 .
If you cannot solve the problem, speak to an
approved Husqvarna service agent.
Action
Do a check of the battery connection.
Do a check of the charger connection.
Make sure that the batteries are not damaged.
Make sure that the AC input cord is connected between
the charger and the AC outlet.
Make sure that the power plug is correctly connected to
the mains.
The charger is to hot and have the entered protective
mode. Move the product to a location with a sufficient
airflow.
Disconnect the charger. Wait for 20 minutes and connect
the charger.
When the battery temperature is higher than the set val-
ue, the charger decrease the current or stop charge.
When the battery temperature drops, the charger start
automatically.
Speak to an approved servicing dealer.
Make sure that the correct output battery voltage is con-
nected.
