12.1.9 IP Address (Network Address Setting)
When parameters displayed in this page are altered, DM-NE300E will need to be rebooted. Upon alteration of
parameters, the Confirmation screen will be displayed upon clicking the Enter&Reboot button. By clicking the
Enter&Reboot button on the Confirmation screen, parameters are sent to DM-NE300E and DM-NE300E is rebooted.
About 20 seconds are required for restarting. Enter the encoder's new IP address in the URL input field to re-
establish connection from the browser. You may need to change IP address/Subnet mask/Default gateway of your
PC to connect to the DM-NE300E that has new IP address/Subnet mask/Default gateway.
Confirmation Screen
• IP Address (Self IP Address)
Use this to alter the IP address of DM-NE300E. Enter 4 decimal integers. Self IP address column cannot be left
unfilled.
• Subnet mask
Enter 4 decimal integers as well for subnet mask.
Note: Factory settings of IP address and subnet mask are 10.0.0.1 and 255.0.0.0 respectively.
• Default Gateway
Use this to specify the default gateway. Enter 4 decimal integers for the default gateway IP address. Leave as
blank if default gateway is not to be specified.
The IP address page will be displayed again if entry is incorrect. Re-enter the correct values.
Note: Connection with the browser is disconnected once rebooted. To continue operation via the browser, establish connec-
tion with the browser again. Upon alteration of IP address, wait for 20 seconds, followed by specifying the new IP
address and re-establishing the connection.
