International calls

It is useful to enter the + sign and country/region
code for all numbers in the phonebook as they can
then be easily used whether home or abroad.
To make international calls
1. Press and hold
display. The + replaces the international prefix
number of the country/region from which you are
calling.
2. Enter the country/region code, area code (without
the leading zero) and phone number,

Emergency calls

Your phone supports international
emergency numbers such as 112, 911, and
08. This means that these numbers can
normally be used to make an emergency
call in any country/region, with or without a SIM
card inserted, if a GSM network is within range.
Note: Some network operators may require that a
SIM card is inserted, or in some cases, that a correct
PIN is entered, in order to make an emergency call.
