3.8. Reassembly of Crank case/Cylinder

Reaasemble the crank case and cylinder in the reverse order in which it was disassembled.
(NOTICE)
• When installing the slider (13), apply thread-locking fl uid on the tap portion. RS45, RS55E only (Page
5-010)
• When installing the M8 nut (14), apply thread-locking fl uid on the threaded portion. RS65, RS75 only
(Page 5-010)
• When installing the inner cylinder (9), apply grease on its outer circumference. (Page 5-010)
• Apply lithium-based grease on the bearing, gear teeth and lip of oil seal when install then. (Page
5-008)
• The mounting bolts (1) are treated with thread-locking fl uid. Replace with new bolts after removed.
