Ho un pt642 ma mi segna ampere solo quando qualche utenza è accesa altrimenti segna sempre 0 ampère

Buonasera ho un pannello pt642 mi capita di vedere il voltaggio ma ampere sempre a zero e se accendo qualche utenza mi segnala gli ampere... Volevo sapere è normale che se ho tutto spento ampere è a zero?
