6. Approve device.
Approve the device by clicking OK on the following prompt: "Thunderbolt devices were attached. In order to approve them for use this application must be run with
administrative privileges. Click OK to run the Thunderbolt software with administrator privileges."
6.1 / 6.2. Manage Thunderbolt 3 devices and settings by clicking "View Attached Devices," "Manage Approved Device," or "Settings" from the Thunderbolt application menu.
