1. Connect the power adapter. 1a. Connect the included AC adapter to the back of the dock. 1b. Connect the power cable to the adapter. 1c. Plug the power cable into a wall outlet.

2. Connect accessories to the dock. 2a. Connect USB-C 3.2 Gen2 accessories such as an external hard drive (10 Gbps up to 5V/1.5A). 2b. Connect headphones, if desired. 2c. Connect SD Card Reader (UHS-I, SD3.0), if desired. 2d. Connect USB-A 3.2 Gen2 10 Gbps mobile devices such as phones or tablets for fast charging (BC1.2) with up to 5V/1.5A (for USB Battery Charging 1.2-compliant devices).

3a / 3b / 4. Connect your laptop (host device). Use the included Thunderbolt 3 cable to connect your laptop to the back of the dock — this will charge your USB-C host device (USB-C laptop must support DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery).
