Your receiver comes with its own remote control. Use this receiver remote control, not the remote control that came with your TV set, to control AT&T U-verse TV. Most of the buttons on your receiver remote control are probably familiar to you and act as you expect.

Here are some important buttons on the receiver remote control: • POWER. Turns the signal from the receiver to the TV on and off. This button does not turn the TV itself on and off. You have to use the TV remote control or the power button on your TV set to turn the TV on and off.

• MENU. Displays the AT&T U-verse TV main menu, which gives you quick access to the features of your video service. Use the RIGHT ARROW and LEFT ARROW buttons to select headings in the main menu, and use the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW buttons to select items under a heading.

• VIDEOS. Displays the Video on Demand screen, which lists videos you can rent on demand. • INFO. Displays a Program Info screen with information about the program you are watching, a program selected in the program guide, or a program selected in a list, such as the list of currently rented videos.

• BACK. Returns to the screen that you were viewing before the current one. • EXIT to TV.
