As an alternative to direct connection, an Ethernet switch can be used for the connection.
This requires a third network cable, though (not included in the delivery).
The first network cable connects the network socket on the PC with the Ethernet switch
). The second network cable connects the switch with the "IN" socket of the REA
(green arrow
PC Scan LD 4 power supply unit (blue arrow ).
The third network cable connects the "OUT" socket of the power supply unit with the RJ 45 socket of
the REA PC Scan LD 4 (orange arrow ).
If necessary, the configuration can be connected with a company network. To do so, the cable must be
connected to a suitable RJ45 network socket close to the measuring location (red arrow ).
