- This product is designed to measure temperature (0 to 100°C) of a loaf of meat. Do not
use it for other purposes.
- Read this manual thoroughly before using the bimetal thermometer. Keep the manual in a
safe place for future references whenever necessary.

Measurements

1. Use the clip to put the clip on the edge of pan.
2. Insert the sensing stem into the target to the mark (about 9.5cm from the end) at least.
3. After the measurement, wipe the grim on the stem with a kitchen paper or like confirming
that the temperature is lower than 40°C.

For your safety and proper use of the bimetal thermometers, be sure to observe the following:
- Never use the bimetal thermometer out of the measurement range (0 to 100°C).

- Do not alter, bend or bind the sensing stem, as doing so may break or damage the
thermometer.
- Do not wash the thermometer with water. This is not waterproof type
