3. All washed parts should be dried thoroughly.
Preparing Beverages
1. Plug the appliance into a suitable single socket.
2. Make sure that the speed levels switch is in 'O' (OFF) position.
3. Put the required ingredients in the mixing beaker.
ATTENTION!
When filling the mixing beaker, do not exceed the maximum filling volume
amounting to 700 ml.
Do not mix in the mixing beaker too little amounts of ingredients, as
otherwise the mixing rod will not reach the contents. The minimum filling
volume is 250 ml.
Use the enclosed mixing beakers only!
4. Fix the mixing beaker in the mixing beaker holder of the appliance.
The mixing beaker must be firmly fixed so that the contact between the mixing
beaker and the safety switch is maintained.
The safety switch prevents uncontrolled operation of electric motors when mixing

beakers are not in the right position.
5. Now you may start the bar mixer with the switch, always by setting the speed
level switch to level 'I' (slow) first, and then to level 'II' (fast).
6. Mix the beverage until the required consistency is reached.
7. When the beverage is well mixed, return the speed level switch to 'O' (OFF)
position.
8. Lift the mixing beaker slightly to remove it from the mixing beaker holder.
9. Pour the mixing beaker contents to glasses and serve beverages.
10. Disconnect the appliance from the socket (pull the plug out) if it is no longer
used.
